My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but there was a slight issue with availability upon arrival. The service provided was friendly and accommodating, except for a minor incident with a staff member lacking compassion. The location was convenient for travelers, offering easy access to various entertainment venues. The dining experience was satisfactory, meeting the standard expectations of the hotel.
The hotel offers standard Marriott rooms that were very clean and comfortable, despite having outdated bathrooms where the sink and counter were in a different space from the toilet and shower/bathtub. The service was prompt, friendly, and resolved issues quickly, representing the property well. The location is fantastic, with plenty of sports and entertainment venues nearby, as well as many great restaurants within walking distance.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were freezing, so make sure to bring a sweater if that's your purpose. The early check-in option was convenient, and the staff was very nice, offering good food and assistance when needed. However, there was an issue with the credit card not being put on hold without notice, which was a bit unsettling.
